My Gluten Free Diet

Since being back on food, I have now found I am no longer aloud gluten in my diet. It makes me very poorly and causes a lot of damage to me inside. Yes, at first it was a bit of a kick in the teeth because it would have been nice to of just eaten whatever i fancied! But i must say, gluten free has came a very long way!

There are two kinds of 'Gluten free people' out there I would say. Firstly, people like myself who are very ill when they have gluten and have to cut it out completely before it causes more harm then good! Then there are people who have chosen to go gluten free for a lifestyle change. I believe that both are completely expectable because if that makes you happy and feel better then why not!

When I first had to go gluten free, it meant a huge hull of our kitchen cupboards because you'd be surprised how much gluten is in! From pasta all the way to sauces! But, when we did our first weekly shop you'd be surprised how many products are out there now in super markets! And there is a huge range of products now which have been produced which aren't that bad!

Restaurants and cafe's have also come a long way recently! Most places now always have a gluten free option now because so many people are going gluten free. This is great news for people like myself because it gives us much more freedom! There is nothing worse but having to take your own sarnies to lunch with a friend!

After a couple of months trying different ranges out, I have decided I want to start reviewing different gluten free products in my diet to help you guys who are gluten free. Because lets be honest, some products out there are pretty shocking! and no one wants to eat cardboard if they don't have too!
